Was founded by Gary Zelder, who brings nearly three decades of experience on the multifamily vendor side of the industry. Over the years, Gary noticed a recurring challenge: onsite maintenance teams are often stretched thin, facing projects they either aren’t equipped to handle or simply don’t have time to complete. With a strong background in construction, he recognized a critical gap in service—many larger companies overlook the smaller, everyday repairs and improvements that keep communities running smoothly.

One common issue affecting nearly every apartment community is stains from spills in breezeways. That’s why CommunityFix offers a specialized Breezeway Restoration Program, designed to restore a clean, fresh look leading right up to each resident’s door.
